Smoky Garlic Lemon Caper Dip
This is a mayonnaise based dip that tastes delicious with grilled artichokes or seafood.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp capers
- 5 drops liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Mash the capers with a spoon as mixing in with other ingredients.
Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
Serve in a serving bowl alongside grilled artichokes, roasted vegetables or fish dishes.
