If you love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter, these no bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal bites will really hit the spot. These energy balls are made with 4 simple ingredients you probably have in your house already and only take 5 minutes to put together.
In a bowl, combine:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons honey
Shape into small balls and serve immediately. Store extras in an airtight container. Enjoy!!

The ratios of ingredients can be adjusted to your liking.
The rolling of the balls is a bit messy! If the balls are not coming together, add a bit more honey to help them stick.
I like Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips, but you can add any chocolate you have on hand.
A pinch of salt added into the mixture before rolling makes these extra yummy
