Healthy Air Fryer Potato Chips

These homemade air fryer potato chips are healthy and delicious!Β 

Simply thinly slice a potato, spray with olive oil, and sprinkle with a little kosher salt and pepper. Air fry at 400F for 5 minutes in a single layer or until crispy, flipping once halfway through.Β 

Salty, healthy, delicious!!!

Notes:

  • You can also sprinkle with garlic powder or paprika. For garlic, be sure you apply the powder after the crisps are cooked or the garlic powder tends to burn.
  • If you don’t have an air fryer, you can also bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 425.
  • Pat the potatoes dry before air frying to get a crispier chip.
