This dip is a family recipe I started making years ago for our Smoky Grilled Artichokes. It takes just a few minutes to put together. The flavor of this dip is just perfect with a smoky, lemony, briny, salty, garlic flavor in a creamy mayonnaise base. Delicious!!
Start by pulling out all the ingredients.

Then simply combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix together. While mixing, press a spoon against the capers to smash them a bit. This mixes their briny flavor into the dip.

When well combined, taste for seasoning, and adjust as needed. Pour into a serving dish, and you’re done! This dip is actually so good I can eat it straight, but I try not too. : )
The dip can be used for fish dishes as well, particularly for anything for which you’d use tartar sauce.
Enjoy!
